When you’re listing a property, sometimes it’s difficult for your potential buyers to get a real sense of what your property is like. As a photographer, I try to create a sense of flow through the house with photos, creating a real sense of the layout. 3D tours allow potential buyers the experience of a full walkthrough of the property before scheduling a showing. This can be especially useful with the variety of people moving to the upstate every month! A variety of platforms now are available to host 3D tours, most notably Matterport and Zillow tours.
